The main components include:
Extruder: The core component is commonly used as a conical twin screw extruder or a single screw extruder, which is responsible for the plasticization and extrusion of raw materials. The screw has unique design, good plasticizing effect and high production capacity.
Mold: Installed on the head of the extruder, various cross-section profiles can be formed through die heads with different structures. It is a key component for the shape accuracy of the product.

Stacking rack/unloading device: The cut profiles are automatically stacked for easy collection and packaging.
Electronic control system and related auxiliary equipment: Automated control across the line, including temperature control, speed regulation, pressure monitoring, etc., to improve production efficiency and product consistency.
